We are adding a Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner to serve as a liaison between technical and business teams for our customers and act as the go-to problem solver. This person will work closely with key stakeholders to translate requirements for development teams to ensure exceptional performance for their business. You will be a part of an established technical community, giving you the opportunity to constantly grow as a key project team member. SDG is looking for a detailed and team-oriented mindset, that has at least 5 years of experience serving as a Business Systems Analyst, has worked on data mapping, using SQL, and being part of a successful agile team. An ideal Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner at SDG is a lifelong learner who is motivated to continually improve their craft and thrives amongst their fellow employee-owners. SDG’s BSA's/PO's have proven experience with the following responsibilities. If you do too, we want to hear from you: • Delivering custom, enterprise web development products • A variety of IT projects and industries • Agile, Scrum, Iterative and Waterfall methodologies • Define and document business requirements, technical requirements, and user stories • Backlog refinement and prioritization • Works with SQL Queries, Data Translation and Mapping, Visual Modeling, and Excel Commands • Communication with development staff • Projects with multiple stakeholders • Working with global or distributed teams Requirements: • 5+ years of professional Business Systems Analyst and/or Product Owner experience • 3+ years of professional experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or iterative methodologies • Experience as a Scrum Master is preferred • Experience with QA is preferred • Experience using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data mapping • Experience delivering solutions in large scale enterprise environments • Familiarity with the SDLC • Prior consulting or professional services experience is a bonus • Education degree, certification, or equivalent related work experience What's in it for you? • Full-time salaried consultant position • A true stake in success. Fair and equitable compensation is important to us. The salary range for this opportunity is $95,000 - $135,000. The offer may fall outside this range given factors such as skills and experience.
