Technical Architect / Solution Architect • Location: Onsite / Hybrid : Atlanta, GA • Position Type: Contract / CTH • Must have : Technical Architect : Multi-platform experience (.NET, Java, R, etc.) Job Overview The Technical Architect / Solution Architect will lead enterprise-level solution design and delivery, supervising teams, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring the integrity of complex systems. This role involves hands-on architecture and design, project planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-platform development expertise. The architect will also act as a bridge between business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and internal development teams, driving project success from conception to deployment. Key Responsibilities • Supervise, guide, and mentor subordinate staff on project assignments. • Plan and schedule team resources; manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation. • Analyze requirements and develop detailed project/work plans. • Lead project execution, ensuring integration and system integrity across platforms. • Coordinate between Information Services, business users, and third-party vendors/programmers. • Provide system installation support, integration, and user training. • Manage project schedules and assign responsibilities where appropriate. • Participate in the full SDLC: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Solve complex technical problems and implement innovative solutions. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in system analysis, design, development, and relationship management. Technical Skills • Software Development: Multi-platform experience (.NET, Java, R, etc.). • Front-End Development: JavaScript & modern UI frameworks (Kendo UI, AngularJS, ReactJS, jQuery, HTML5, Bootstrap). • Web Applications: Deployment, debugging, and performance optimization. • Web Services: Design and development of REST/SOAP services. • Version Control: GIT, TFS (5+ years). • Databases: MS SQL & Oracle (PL/SQL, T-SQL) with database design, modeling, and optimization. • SharePoint: CSOM and JSOM for SharePoint Server 2013/2019/Online. • Cloud Integration: Azure AD and Azure B2C application integration. • DevOps/CI-CD: Understanding pipelines and automation for modern applications. • Security: Strong knowledge of security principles for enterprise application design. • Architecture: Experience with microservices, monolithic, and client-server styles. • Testing: Proficiency in test automation tools for QA and validation.
