Position Summary: As a Sr Analyst Technical Infrastructure at CVS Health, you will play a key role in supporting the management of complex technology purchases. In this position, you will work collaboratively with procurement, finance and IT teams to optimize the value of IT technology spend. You will be responsible for executing and tracking IT purchases and maintenance renewals across the Enterprise. Responsibilities include: • Manages and oversees the acquisition and renewal of information technology assets and ensures compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards. • Coordinates the procurement process by requesting quotes and ensuring that information technology acquisitions and renewals align with organizational needs and compliance requirements. • Collaborates with stakeholders, including information technology teams, procurement departments, financial teams and vendors to ensure on time delivery of POs that support maintenance renewals and new purchases. • Analyzes existing processes, identifies bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and recommends and implements improvements to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and increase compliance effectiveness. • Communicates with internal teams, vendors, and other relevant parties to provide updates on acquisition and renewals processes, contract terms, compliance requirements, and any changes or issues that may arise. • Ensures that documentation is properly organized, easily accessible, and in compliance with document retention policies. Required Qualifications (experience/requires skills): • 5+ years of relevant experience. • Knowledge of supplier management principles and procurement processes. • Strong analytical skills used to identify and resolve problems, with experience in data analysis. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. • Advanced MS Office/Collaboration skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency in SAP Ariba – 3+ years. • Effective communication and basic understanding of technical infrastructure concepts: hybrid, cloud, network, security, etc. • Ability to comprehend and manage complex maintenance renewals across multiple lines of business to ensure on time delivery. • Financial acumen regarding IT budgets and the ability to make informed decisions that result in cost savings where applicable. • Up-to-date understanding of current licensing models, including cost based on usage and services consumed. • Strong communication skills that build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. • Ability to adapt and manage workload based on changing business needs. Education: College Degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
