JOB DESCRIPTION: Requirements Gathering & Process Design Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and document requirements across B2B and B2C operations. Analyze current-state processes and design future-state workflows aligned with D365 Finance capabilities. Define functional specifications for configurations, customizations, and reporting. Solution Configuration & Implementation Configure D365 Finance modules, including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management Intercompany accounting and multi-entity financial structures Support the setup of financial dimensions, chart of accounts, and fiscal calendars. Data Migration & Validation Support the migration of financial data from AX 2009 to D365 Finance. Validate data mappings and ensure integrity across legal entities and business units. Assist in reconciliation and financial data validation during UAT and Go-Live. Integration & Reporting Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with: PaymentTech, Shopify, and other third-party systems Databricks for financial data analytics and reporting Enable financial reporting using Management Reporter, Power BI, and Excel add-ins. Testing, Training & Support Develop test cases and support functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution. Create user documentation and deliver training to finance users. Provide post-Go-Live support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance. Strong understanding of: Core financial modules and multi-entity accounting Financial reporting and compliance requirements Data migration and reconciliation processes Experience in large-scale ERP implementations and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate Experience with AX 2009 migrations and multi-country rollouts Familiarity with IPPD 365 or similar delivery frameworks Expected Outcomes: Accurate and compliant financial configuration in D365 Finance Streamlined financial operations across legal entities High-quality data migration and reporting enablement Strong user adoption and post-Go-Live support for finance teams
