We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Product Owner/Functional Consultant for a project with one of our clients. If you are interested and able to travel to the Orlando area a few days each month, please reach out directly. Job Responsibilities • Implement and support Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) with full lifecycle experience. • Work with Dataverse data modeling, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and integrations via APIs or middleware like Azure Logic Apps. • Manage D365 solutions using tools such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Jira, and ADO. • Author functional design documents, high-level designs, user stories, and training guides; lead UAT cycles. • Apply Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and waterfall methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management. • Engage stakeholders effectively, facilitate workshops, and translate technical details into business value. Qualifications & Certifications • 7+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE modules. • Proficiency with Dataverse, Power Platform, and API integrations. • Experience with solution management, Azure DevOps, and backlog tools. • Strong documentation, UAT leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform (PL-200, PL-400), and optional Agile/Scrum certifications.
