Job Summary – Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Lead Developer Location: Norfolk, VA • Serve as the lead developer for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions supporting HQ SACT’s digital transformation. • Design, build, and maintain custom Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to modernize administrative, HR, and business management processes. • Develop and enhance travel management solutions, including portal enhancements, desk booking, and travel claim support. • Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with NATO systems (e.g., Oracle ERP) and extend existing SharePoint/Power Automate tools. • Automate HR processes and business management workflows, including document management and approval processes. • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing solution enhancements and provide knowledge transfer/documentation for sustainment. • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and multinational teams to gather requirements and align solutions with operational needs. • Maintain and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and HR planning applications to empower data-driven decision making. • Ensure compliance with Power Platform governance frameworks, security models, and NATO data protection standards. • Work onsite/hybrid in Norfolk, VA, requiring an active Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship
