Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Systems Analyst with expertise in Microsoft BI and Power Platform to support data-driven business solutions. The role involves analyzing business processes, maintaining data pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure system integrity and performance. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and document business processes, data workflows, and integrated systems. • Run, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in data pipelines. • Conduct and document system and data testing activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technical requirements. • Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance business processes. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings. Required Qualifications • 5 to 7+ years of experience in a systems analyst or technical analyst role. • Strong understanding of business processes and integrated systems. • Hands-on experience with data pipeline maintenance and troubleshooting. • Experience in conducting and documenting testing procedures. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Foundational knowledge of SQL, data structures, and relational databases. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Education: Bachelors Degree
