Robert Half is actively building a pipeline of mid-level Systems Administrators for upcoming client projects. As a Systems Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environments while leveraging cloud and device management technologies. Core Duties • Configure and manage Intune for endpoint security, compliance, and application deployment • Administer and support cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services • Perform server patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) • Ensure system security standards and compliance requirements are met • Act as escalation point for Tier II/III issues Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator • Required: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure • Proficiency with Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) • Experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) • Knowledge of automation/scripting tools (PowerShell preferred) • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and teamwork ability
