Job Summary INTRINSIC TECHNOLOGY GROUP is a MWBE Managed Service Provider that partners with its clients to achieve their technology goals. Due to organic growth, we are looking to expand the team with like-minded and dedicated candidates. We are seeking a System Administrator Level 2 to join our growing team and provide exceptional support to clients across the Greater New York City area. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, and the ability to serve as an escalation point for Level 1 technicians. Key Responsibilities: • Provide advanced technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools; resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) • Windows desktop/server operating systems • Printers, networking, and endpoint hardware/software • Assist with administration of Active Directory, Azure AD, and basic Group Policy tasks. • Configure and support endpoint management solutions (Intune, AutoPilot, Endpoint Manager). • Support VPNs, MFA, and SSO configurations under senior engineer guidance. • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system (ConnectWise preferred). • Escalate complex issues to Level 3 engineers as needed, providing clear documentation. • Participate in client onboarding/offboarding tasks (account setup, workstation prep, software deployment). • Collaborate with senior engineers on small projects and infrastructure upgrades. Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of IT help desk or technical support experience (MSP experience highly preferred). • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Azure AD. • Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, AutoPilot, MDM). • Experience troubleshooting networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls). • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
