Service Delivery Manager – AV / TEAMS Administrator Contract Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire MUST be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future Location: Overland Park, KS Pay Rate: $54.75/hour Overview: A dynamic opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee and maintain Audio Visual (AV) systems and Microsoft Teams platforms across a global organization. This role is pivotal in optimizing enterprise-wide service delivery, driving user satisfaction, and collaborating with internal IT teams to enhance performance and functionality. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and configure hardware associated with AV systems and Microsoft Teams. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for TEAMS and AV-related issues. • Monitor Teams environment performance and usage; identify and resolve system issues. • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users. • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Teams features and AV hardware updates. • Support AV and video conferencing technologies (Yealink, NEAT, LogiTech, etc.). • Investigate and recommend upgrades to improve user experience. • Collaborate with IT to implement AV platform enhancements. • Provide support for digital signage hardware/software. • Test and troubleshoot with network and communication teams. • Lead team collaboration and maintain strong relationships across departments. • Ensure high-quality, end-to-end user experiences. • Oversee procurement, delivery, and setup of AV/TEAMS equipment for new sites. • Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives. • Act as point of escalation for AV/TEAMS-related IT issues. Skills & Qualifications: • Strong customer service orientation, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and general PC troubleshooting. • Ability to work independently or in team settings. • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/sitting for extended periods. • Willingness to work occasional overtime, after hours, and weekends as needed. • Must obtain OSHA 10-hour certification within 6 months of hire. • Local travel within the metro area required; occasional U.S. regional travel may be necessary. • Familiarity with ATEM SDI Extreme ISO and PTZ optics is a plus. • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
