IT Help Desk Technician\Jr. System Administrator (MSP) We are currently seeking a IT Help Desk Technician\Jr. System Administrator to join our Managed Services Team. The IT Help Desk Technician\Jr. System Administrator will be joining a prestigious Managed Service Provider who has proven to be one of the most exciting Cloud Companies in the country. The IT Help Desk Technician\Jr. System Administrator will join our relaxed and collaborative work environment with a team mentality. You will be taking tickets on the service desk and will be exposed to project work, working along side senior engineers to ramp up your technical skill set. IT Help Desk Technician\Jr. System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities: • Provide remote support using ConnectWise • Assist senior engineers with some project based work • Support technologies including but limited to O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Servers • Troubleshoot end user issues, provide desktop support • Server administration and basic network troubleshooting IT Help Desk Technician\Jr. System Administrator (MSP) Requirements: • 1+ year experience using ConnectWise • 1+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED • Experience supporting M365, Active Directory required • Experience working with Azure Entra ID required • VMware, Hyper-V preferred IT Help Desk Technician\Jr. System Administrator (MSP) Benefits: • Salary: $45,000-$55,000 • 100% coverage for Health, Dental, Vision insurance • 401k+ company match • Partial in office, partial work from home • Annual reviews for career advancement Managed Service Provider Industry Experience is Required**
