Skills • Previous internship, coursework, or entry-level experience in IT support or cloud services • Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, or other cloud platforms (through work or training) • Interest in project coordination and client-facing technical roles • Familiarity with ticketing systems, documentation, or basic technical troubleshooting • Strong communication skills with a client-centric and proactive mindset • Ability to multitask and prioritize while managing cross-functional tasks and responsibilities • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Responsibilities • Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new Managed Services clients to the Azure Managed Cloud Platform • Provide “White Glove” technical support to VIP users and new clients during onboarding • Coordinate onboarding deliverables and timelines between internal technical teams and client stakeholders • Support clients’ end users with workstation setup, distributed systems, Office 365/Microsoft 365, Azure, and network-related issues • Partner with the IT Service Desk (ITSD) to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently • Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to long-term support by the Managed Services team • Contribute to special projects focused on automation, reporting, and continuous improvement • Maintain an adaptable mindset with a desire to grow within IT, onboarding, and client service Qualifications • 1-2 years of professional experience or relevant technical education (e.g., IT helpdesk, service desk, or cloud support) • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows workstations, and cloud environments • Strong communication skills with a client-centric and proactive mindset • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting and occasionally visiting client sites as needed Education Requirements • Relevant technical education or experience in IT support or cloud services • Coursework related to IT, cloud environments, or service delivery is preferred Education Requirements Credential Category • IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Cloud Support certifications are a plus Experience Requirements • Basic understanding of technical support processes and cloud services • Experience in a client-facing role or internship in IT support Why work in New York, NY New York City offers a vibrant and diverse work environment with a rich cultural scene, making it an attractive place to live and work.
