• Power Platform, AzureDevOps, and Microsoft 365
• Experience working within strict change management procedures/policies
• PI Planning
• Hands on experience with development in Microsoft 365:
• Azure Development for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 customizations and extensions with Graph API, REST API and other interfaces
• Experience with C# and React
• Experience leading a global development team
• Experience / accreditation as an Agile development team manager or Scrum Master
• Experience with architecture design for SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 customizations
• Experience with enterprise Application lifecycle management in Power Platform and Microsoft 365 development
• Experience with COE principles for Power Platform environments, solutions and deployment
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience in structuring and managing operations for code repositories with Azure DevOps repos
• Experience with security tools like GitGuardian /Veracode and their integration with DevOps pipelines
• Experience with cloud migration strategy
• Experience with Jira for managing projects, tasks, releases, bug fixes, etc
• Experience with ServiceNow for tracking change requests, security reviews, service requests, etc
• Developing Power BI data visualizations
• Background in quality assurance
