**Overview:** We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect (Manager) to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the identified customer business needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader and build a career with a company that values integrity, diversity, and inclusivity. **Responsibilities:** • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions to meet customer business needs • Lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy • Focus on the evaluation, design, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, leveraging Microsoft-based solutions as needed • Provide guidance and oversight of data migration, customizations, and reviewing functional design documents • Work with development teams to ensure customizations meet client needs and follow Microsoft best practices • Lead client discussions to review possible solutions to business requirements and leverage standard functionality where possible • Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and developers to communicate requirements for a complete solution • Monitor project progress and quality in collaboration with the project manager and project governance team • *Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related field, with 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience • Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field with 4 years of related work experience • 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, with a focus in one or more of the following areas: finance, projects, advanced warehousing, supply chain, or discrete, process, and/or lean manufacturing • 2 years of experience in system design and/or information systems • 2 years of experience with relational database concepts • 3 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment • 2 years of experience in supervising onshore and/or offshore delivery teams • Domestic travel up to 50% to serve client needs • *Benefits:** • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package • Base salary: $208,090.00 per year • Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options • Flexible vacation policy and time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence • Continuous learning opportunities • Success as defined by you, with the tools and flexibility to make a meaningful impact • Transformative leadership development opportunities • Diverse and inclusive culture, with opportunities to use your voice to help others find theirs
