**Overview:** As a Solutions Architect (Manager) with Ernst & Young's Consulting, Technology Consulting, Microsoft - Biz Apps - ERP Finance and Supply Chain - Solutions Architect team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions to meet clients' business needs. You will lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that the solutions built for clients meet their needs. **Responsibilities:** • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions to meet client business needs • Lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases (discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy) • Focus on the evaluation, design, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, leveraging Microsoft-based solutions as needed • Lead workshops with clients and prospects to drive decisions around their finance and/or supply chain requirements • Provide guidance and oversight of data migration, as well as any required customizations and reviewing functional design documents • Work with the development team as needed to ensure that customizations meet client needs and follow Microsoft best practices • Lead client discussions to review possible solutions to business requirements presented and leverage standard functionality where possible • Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and developers to communicate requirements for a complete solution • Monitor the progress and quality of the project in collaboration with the project manager and project governance team • *Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related field • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience, or Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience • 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, with a focus in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Projects, Advanced Warehousing, Supply Chain, Discrete, Process, and/or Lean Manufacturing • 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: system design and/or information systems • 2 years of experience with relational database concepts • 3 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment • 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: supervising onshore and/or offshore delivery teams • Domestic travel up to 50% • *Benefits:** • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package • Base salary: $208,090.00 per year • Medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options • Continuous learning opportunities • Success as defined by you: flexible work arrangements and tools to make a meaningful impact • Transformative leadership: coaching and confidence to be the leader the world needs • Diverse and inclusive culture: embracing and empowering employees to use their voice to help others find theirs
