Job Details • Contract position * Must be local and able to work onsite in NYC - 2-3 times per week * Candidate should be from NYC or NJ Market $65/hr. on C2C Mizuho Bank 6-12 Months Contract Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including designing, developing, and implementing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions. Experience in Python programming, including experience with data analysis libraries such as NumPy, and Pandas. Proficiency in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes. Proficient in C# programming, including experience with .NET framework. Experience in Fixed Income and Securitization products and their market conventions, would be a big plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, patterns, and insights. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT professionals, business analysts, and stakeholders. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities, with a proactive and flexible approach to work. Skills: 5+ years of experience in IT system development and support of SQL Server databases, SSIS packages (with embedded C# code). Some Python and Databricks experience is highly desirable. Financial domain experience a must (i.e. Fixed Income, P&L, Market risk, etc.) Tidal scheduling or similar tool, batch monitoring process experience, ability to fix problems in production as well as database issues and making necessary changes is required. Strong DB Stored procedures experience. The role involves development and support for the Risk Technology Platform. Education: BA/BS in computer science/engineering, or data science/engineering.
