Role:Credit Risk Business Analyst Location: Houston, TX (Work from office minimum 3 days/week and need local) Interview Process: 2 rounds via Skype/Teams; candidate must be local and available for face-to-face interview in Houston on Day 1. Job type:Contract pranayatburgeonitsdotcom Role Overview: The Credit Risk Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to analyze and automate reference data integration across systems. This role combines business analysis with data analysis in the Credit Risk and Commodity Trading domain. Key Responsibilities: • Gather requirements and perform functional analysis. • Document workflows, functional designs, and project requirements. • Analyze data from multiple sources and provide actionable insights. • Support the design and implementation of automated solutions. • Track project tasks, timelines, and communicate progress across teams. • Collaborate with multiple teams, third-party vendors, and consulting staff. • Work within Agile and Waterfall methodologies using Azure DevOps (ADO). Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years as a Business Analyst in Credit Risk / Commodity Trading / Quantitative Analysis. • Strong data analysis skills across multiple sources. • Experience with large multi-tiered applications. • Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile/Waterfall processes. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Must be local to Houston, TX, and able to work from the office at least 3 days/week.
