Job Description: Local candidates – W2 only. We are seeking an experienced M365 Support Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on leading migrations from network drives, Dropbox, and SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, while providing ongoing support for Power Platform apps (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). The engineer will troubleshoot issues, maintain migration runbooks and documentation, enforce security and governance, and collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable M365 solutions. Qualifications: • 6+ years with SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online, including large-scale migrations. • Hands-on experience with Power Platform apps and ALM practices. • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation tools like PnP, Azure DevOps, Git, or TFS. • Strong understanding of SharePoint security, governance, and compliance. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. • Microsoft certifications (M365 Security Administrator, SharePoint Associate, or Power Platform Fundamentals) a plus.
