Overview Join our dynamic team as an Azure Endpoint Management Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our IT infrastructure and ensuring robust network security. You will be at the forefront of managing and securing endpoints in a cloud computing environment, leveraging your expertise to implement best practices and standards. What you’ll do • Manage and optimize Azure Endpoint Management solutions to ensure seamless operation across all devices using Intune. • Manage Group policies and transition to Intune profiles. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance identity and access management processes. • Conduct vulnerability research and incident response activities to mitigate risks effectively. • Manage or co-manage a technical project under a project manager • Support disaster recovery planning and incident management processes to ensure business continuity. • Stay updated on emerging technologies in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and computer networking. • Manage the hybrid Active Directory environment, users, and end points. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Proven experience with Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, and cloud infrastructure management. • Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, LAN/WAN configurations, and load balancing. • Familiarity with operating systems including Windows 10/11, Android and iOS. • Experience with identity & access management tools like Active Directory and LDAP. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to incident recovery and management. • Experience with managing SSO and MFA technologies • Experience managing OS upgrades through Intune • Microsoft certifications Our benefits include: • A collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development. • Access to continuous learning opportunities through training programs. • Comprehensive health benefits that prioritize your well-being. • Flexible work arrangements that promote work-life balance.
