Solutions Architect Full-stack .NET and Azure DevOps Expertise National Credit Union Administration DC Metropolitan Area Candidates Only US Citizenship Required and Must be able to obtain a US Federal Government Clearance and pass a Credit Check Agiliko is looking for a Solutions Architect to join its team and provide technical expertise, leadership and technical support to our Federal government client - NCUA in Old Town Alexandria, VA (near King Street Metro Station). For this long-term terrific client, we provide application development and O&M support for 25+ major applications as well as data management and business intelligence support. Below is a sampling of the Solutions Architect duties, responsibilities and requirements: Responsibilities: • Solve complex business problems by architecting, developing, modernizing, and integrating full-stack .NET software solutions • Design, implement, analyze, and optimize SQL relational database solutions • Drive DevSecOps integrations and best practices across the application portfolio, ensuring applications are secure, accessible, and compliant with agency standards • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and drive implementations across multiple impacted systems • Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to software engineering teams • Ensure solutions are well-tested, high-performing, scalable, visually appealing, and engaging • Stay current with emerging technologies, anticipate business needs, and identify opportunities for improvement in technology and business processes • Participate in agile ceremonies and manage value delivery through a prioritized backlog • Support operations and troubleshoot production issues, when necessary • Develop and document new processes and support SDLC delivery documentation Skills/Experience Required: • 10+ years of experience designing, developing and implementing full-stack .NET applications (experience with Java-based applications will be considered) • 5+ years of professional experience as a Solutions Architect or similar technical leadership role • Expert-level knowledge of SQL and enterprise relational databases • Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies • Experience with DevSecOps engineering, integrations, and best practices • Experience with Agile methodologies, ceremonies, and value delivery • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Must be detail oriented, flexible, and organized • Must be able to build and maintain client relationships Education/Certification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree with preferred study in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering Other Requirements: • This is currently a remote position (must be US based), however, when the agency returns to the worksite, the expectation is that this position will work onsite “1-2” days per month at the NCUA headquarters, which is in Old Town Alexandria, VA, close to the King Street Metro Station. • Our client requires U.S. citizenship (must reside in the US) and you must be able to obtain a Federal Government Clearance including passing a Credit Check. · Must be able to obtain a Federal Government Clearance including a Credit Check • Must reside in the DC Metropolitan area as this position will evenutually require 1-2 days/month on-site (Near King Street Metro) · Must be willing and able to work 8:30 AM – 5 PM (Eastern) M-F About Agiliko: In 2021, 2022 and 2023 we were named a Fastest Growing Company by The Washington Business Journal.
