Position Title: PowerBI & Power Automate Analyst Location: - Frisco, TX - Hybrid • **Only W2*** Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI & Power Automate Analyst to support our project portfolio reporting and process automation needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing insightful dashboards, analyzing cross-platform data, and automating workflows to drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards for project portfolio insights and business reporting. • Analyze and consolidate data from various sources, including Excel, Power BI datasets, CA PPM (Clarity), and Jira. • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline recurring business processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data accuracy, and ensure effective data visualization. • Monitor and enhance performance and usability of existing Power BI reports and Power Automate flows. • Maintain proper documentation for reports, dashboards, and automation workflows. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and report optimization. • Strong working knowledge of Power Automate for creating flows, connectors, and approval processes. • Experience integrating and analyzing data from Excel, CAPPM, Jira, and other project management tools. • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and best practices for automation. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar environment. • Familiarity with Power Apps is a plus. • Exposure to SQL, SharePoint, or Azure services is an advantage.
