Join Our Team! The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is excited to invite applications for the role of Mid-Level SharePoint and Power Platform Developer. In this position, you will contribute to the support of Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) and play a key role in managing electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) operations for the Department of the Navy (DoN). The Navy Marine Corps Spectrum Center (NMSC) is dedicated to ensuring effective EMS management and representation in various governmental and international forums. Your expertise will support NMSC in achieving its mission. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement innovative custom PowerApps applications that seamlessly integrate with SharePoint lists, libraries, and automated workflows. • Develop and enhance automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate to optimize operations. • Customize and maintain modern SharePoint sites, ensuring they are compatible across various Microsoft versions and browsers. • Create and sustain responsive, interactive user interfaces utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and Power Fx. • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions. • Provide support for troubleshooting, deployment, and documentation of both Power Platform applications and SharePoint solutions. Basic Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or IT field, or equivalent experience (eight years in SharePoint development and customization can substitute for a degree). • At least five years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and customization, along with knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Power Fx) within a Microsoft 365 environment. • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance.
