Job Overview: • T024 - Power PlatformDeveloper (773321) Hybrid position * Local candidates only -Washington DC 20024 • ****Due August 4th by 12pm*** The Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, andimplementing business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, includingPower Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. This role involves leveraging low-code/no-code capabilities to create custom applications, automate workflows,analyze and visualize data, and enhance business processes. The developer willalso support users, optimize system performance, and integrate various datasources and services. Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of strong understanding and hands-on experience with Power Apps,Power Automate, and Power BI. 2. 5+ years of knowledge of data modeling, database design, SQL, and dataintegration techniques. 3. 5+ years of familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, JSON, andpotentially others like C# or Python for advanced customizations and integrations. 4. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps,and other Office 365 services. 5. Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and devise effectivesolutions. 6.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact withstakeholders, team members, and end-users. 7.Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as Power Platform App Maker orPower Platform Developer, can be highly beneficial. 8.Experience with API integrations and handling multiple data sources. 9.Familiarity with various content management systems and version controlsystems. Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Create custom applications using Power Apps to meet specific business needs,including designing user interfaces, workflows, and data integrations. 2.Automating tasks and streamlining workflows using Power Automate, includingconnecting various applications and services to improve efficiency and reduceerrors. 3.Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BIto provide actionable insights from data. 4.Integrating data from various sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure,databases, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and efficient analysis. 5.Ensuring that Power Platform solutions adhere to security protocols, datagovernance policies, and relevant regulations. 6.Providing ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizingPower Platform solutions for optimal performance. 7.Keeping abreast of the latest features, updates, and best practices within theMicrosoft Power Platform ecosystem. 8.Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other ITprofessionals to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver solutionsthat align with business objectives. 9.Assist power users in developing their own solutions using Power Platformtools. 10.Ensure best practices are followed and provide documentation for proceduresand solutions. 11.Implement solutions integrating multiple data sources and services, includingAPI and REST services.
