**Overview:** Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior.NET Developer (SQL Server & Azure) position! This is a direct hire opportunity and will be on-site in Buffalo. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end systems using.NET Framework 4.8 and.NET Core/.NET (3.1 to 8.0). **Responsibilities:** • Develop and maintain back-end systems using.NET Framework 4.8 and.NET Core/.NET (3.1 to 8.0) • Design and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and views using T-SQL • Utilize SQL Server Agent to automate and schedule jobs • Support Azure-based hosting and development services including Azure App Service and Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, and work tracking) • Work with Azure Analysis Services (AAS) for semantic data modeling • Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, models, and dashboards integrated with AAS and SQL Server • Deploy and manage applications on Windows Server and IIS, including console apps and services • Automate tasks using PowerShell and batch scripting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable, scalable backend solutions • *Qualifications:** • Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server and advanced T-SQL development • Proficiency with.NET development across multiple environments (Framework 4.8, Core,.NET 5-8) • Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Blazor for internal web applications • Hands-on experience with Azure App Service, Azure DevOps, and Azure Analysis Services • Power BI integration skills with SQL Server and AAS • Knowledge of Windows Server environments and IIS-hosted applications • Experience automating processes with PowerShell and batch files • SSIS experience is optional but a plus • *Benefits:** Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000
