A Day in the Life Careers that Change Lives We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Sales Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives and support key business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, optimize performance, and guide strategy through advanced analytics. You'll mentor junior analysts, shape data practices, and help build a culture of evidence-based decision-making. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. • Lead strategic data analysis projects to drive planning and operational enhancements. • Build and manage dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and Tableau. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and convert business needs into analytical solutions. • Perform in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and processes. • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a compelling format. • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis. • Partner across departments (Finance, Marketing, Sales) to improve data infrastructure and accessibility. • Develop scorecards and performance metrics to monitor sales and business goals. • Conduct customer-level reviews and generate executive-level intelligence for Sales and Marketing.
