Essential Qualifications & Experience : • 5+ years of proven professional experience in Microsoft software development/DevOps (accepted in lieu of a degree). • 3+ years (within the last 5) in developing solutions across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • 3+ years (within the last 5) in developing and customizing SharePoint Online. • Hands-on experience with API integration projects. • Strong background in working within constrained and dependencies-heavy network environments (NATO or similar). • Experience with Power Platform governance frameworks (environment strategy, security models, DLP policies). Key Responsibilities : • Build and support Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., PowerApps) to accelerate HQ administration. • Design and implement a robust travel management tool covering TDY, home leave, education, and recruitment/separation travel. • Develop tools for travel planning, historical tracking, and leadership reporting on travel patterns. • Deliver a standardized travel plan tool by Oct 2025 to support 2026 HQ planning. • Integrate existing tools (SharePoint Online, Power Automate) into Power Apps. • Expand travel portal features (claims support, desk booking app). • Investigate integration with Oracle-based NATO Financial System (FinS) and support implementation if approved. • Support HR automation: SharePoint tools for oversight & management, Workforce plan dashboard administration, Maintain PowerApps solutions (e.g., “Revalidation of Allowances”) • Support Business Management & Legal automation projects. • Provide ongoing in-house expertise for process automation and digital transformation. • Perform additional duties as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR).
