Okta to Microsoft Entra job at Tata Consultancy Service Limited. Dallas, TX. Responsibilities: • Lead the migration of identity management solutions from Okta to Microsoft Entra. • Design and implement authentication and authorization solutions using Microsoft Entra. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and document current state of identity management and develop migration strategies. • Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Entra with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and services. • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure successful migration and performance optimization. • Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams during and after migration. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the migration process, configurations, and best practices. • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in identity and access management (IAM) and related technologies. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience with Okta and Microsoft Entra, including successful migrations. • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, technologies, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). • Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.). • Experience with directory services, such as Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar certification. • Experience with other Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools. • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards. • Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
