Location: Remote with occasional on-site presence in Middletown, PA Duration: Long-term contract (approximately 30 months) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Portal Developer with expertise in Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE to join a dynamic team working on the Unified Back Office Solution (UBOS) . UBOS is an innovative technology platform designed to revolutionize customer engagement through advanced self-service capabilities across multiple channels. As a Portal Developer, you will configure, develop, and optimize self-service portals and applications, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems, payment gateways, and customer support tools. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative project that improves user experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Configure, develop, and test self-service portals using Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE. • Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Create and execute unit test cases and scripts in Azure DevOps. • Integrate Power Pages with Dynamics 365 CE, Contact Center applications, SAP, ChatBOTs, and payment gateways. • Optimize system functionality and user experience through continuous improvement. • Develop training materials and promote user adoption through effective change management. • Provide ongoing technical support and knowledge transfer to team members. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in solution design. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience developing and configuring applications within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Pages self-service portal development, including Liquid Templates. • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE , including customization, user management, and data integration. • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with ERP systems and payment gateways. • Familiarity with web front-end development using human-centered design approaches. • Advanced knowledge of Contact Center technologies (IVR, telephony) and mobile applications. • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for task management and testing. Certifications (Preferred): • Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910) • Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core (MB-200) • Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) • Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) Work Environment: • Remote Work: Primarily remote, with the requirement to attend on-site meetings in Middletown, PA, 1 week per month or as needed. • Equipment must be picked up in person during onboarding in Middletown, PA.
