Position Summary The Yardi System Administrator plays a critical role in the success of Indigo Living’s property management operations by serving as the technical lead for all Yardi systems. This position is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the Yardi platform across the organization. This role includes ongoing administration, configuration, training and user support, while also ensuring the systems evolves with organizational needs. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Acts as the internal Yardi subject matter expert and system owner across all modules in use. • Administers Yardi Voyager 8 and related modules, including user setup, security rights, workflows, menus, property, and scheduled reports. • Troubleshoots and resolves user issues, escalating to Yardi Support when needed, and managing open tickets to completion. • Leads testing, configuration and deployment of new Yardi features, enhancements, and upgrades. • Provides day-to-day support for onsite teams and corporate departments using Yardi tools for leasing accounting, maintenance and reporting. • Assists with the onboarding of new properties into Yardi, including data validation, system configuration, and coordination with the property and accounting teams. • Coordinates with the Yardi implementation team, consultants, and IT resources on customizations and integrations. • Develops and maintains system documentation including standard operation procedures, user manuals, and “how to” guides. • Designs and delivers training programs for new users, refresher courses and new functionality rollouts. • Monitors system performance and proactively identifies opportunities for automation, process improvements and efficiency. • Manages special projects as assigned by the corporate leadership team. • Embodies and promotes Indigo Living’s core values and company culture across all interactions. • Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of Yardi System administration experience required. • Prior experience with Yardi software migrations and module implementations. • Familiarity with property management operations, preferably through onsite or corporate experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Ability to travel regionally as needed. • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance required.
