Candidates must already reside in Texas. Total EXP:14+ years Above Required Skills: Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments. Microsoft Power Platform development experience. Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Connectors. Experience with Power Automate Cloud/Desktop Flows and Process Advisor. Proficiency in JavaScript and custom plug-in development. Strong understanding of Dataverse tables, connectors, Power BI, and Power Platform CoE Admin Center. Experience in healthcare or public health environments. Prior experience with State of Texas agencies. Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents, Power Apps Portals, and mobile apps. Job Summary: The position will focus on developing, implementing, and supporting the expansion of the client’s Microsoft 365 Power Platform to enhance the DSHS CFO’s Invoice Tracking System (ITS). The developer will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining applications and integrations across the Power Platform. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and document Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Integrate Power Apps with external services, SharePoint, and other data sources. Collaborate with business users to define requirements, analyze feasibility, and ensure system compatibility. Develop process automations and workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows). Extend Power Platform capabilities with JavaScript, custom connectors, and plug-ins. Follow best practices for Power Platform application development and operations. Participate in Agile development cycles and sprint planning. Provide training and mentorship on Power Platform technologies. Required Skills and Experience: 8 years of experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments. 4 years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience. Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Connectors. Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or similar backend data storage. Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Power Automate Cloud/Desktop Flows and Process Advisor. Proficiency in JavaScript and custom plug-in development. Strong understanding of Dataverse tables, connectors, Power BI, and Power Platform CoE Admin Center. Experience in healthcare or public health environments.
