Role Overview We’re looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer who can build scalable, user-friendly solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and DataVerse. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing business applications, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to our evolving tech strategy. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, DataVerse). Collaborate with Tech Team Business Partners for cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (SharePoint, Teams, Azure) and third-party APIs. Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability. Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in a start-up environment. Stay current with platform updates and recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and integration patterns. Familiarity with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and REST APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and team collaboration Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and lean environment and adapt to changing priorities. Nice to Have Strong understanding of DataVerse, Microsoft 365 integration. Strong understanding of custom connectors. Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics. Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform. Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Liquid templates for Power Pages customization. This position's target annual base pay range is $95,000 - $110,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
