Define and implement the strategic vision for integrating AI into our digital marketing technology offerings Lead client engagements to understand business challenges and architect ground-breaking AI-powered marketing solutions Partner with sales teams to develop compelling technical narratives and solution architectures for high-value opportunities Guide multi-functional teams in the design and implementation of sophisticated marketing technology ecosystems Develop architectural frameworks, guidelines, and standards for AI-powered marketing solutions Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments in our AI capabilities Collaborate with product teams to shape the roadmap for our marketing technology platforms Build thought leadership content to establish our market position as AI leaders in digital marketing. Increase in solution win rates and client adoption of AI capabilities Reduction in solution delivery time and implementation complexity Growth in recurring revenue from AI-enhanced marketing services Expansion of organizational AI/ML capabilities and talent 7+ years in technology leadership roles, with significant experience in digital marketing platforms Proven record of leading sophisticated solution architecture for enterprise clients Experience integrating AI capabilities into marketing workflows for use cases such as: Customer segmentation and propensity modeling Content personalization and optimization Customer journey orchestration Conversational marketing (chatbots, virtual assistants) AI & Machine Learning Proficiency Strong practical knowledge of modern AI/ML technologies and frameworks Experience designing and implementing solutions with large language models (LLMs) from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Google, and Microsoft Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for knowledge-intensive applications Understanding of vector databases and semantic search technologies Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and ethical considerations Technical Architecture & Engineering Expertise in cloud architecture across major platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Understanding of data architecture principles for AI-ready systems Experience with both batch and real-time data processing architectures Proficiency in modern software development methodologies Knowledge of containerization, microservices, and serverless architectures Data & Analytics Deep understanding of data modeling for marketing applications Proficiency in data technologies and analytics platforms Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements Expertise in building data pipelines that support AI/ML workloads Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience leading digital transformation initiatives Certifications in major cloud platforms or AI/ML technologies Background in agile methodologies and product development.
