Our Client is looking for IT Operations Manager its a Full time opportunity and onsite at Brea, CA • Candidates with a BS degree in Computer Science or an Information Technology-related field, higher education preferred. • 7 to 10 years of solid experience in IT Infrastructure Technologies, of which at least 3 to 5 years in a Managerial Capacity. Solid experience in several of the following technology areas: • Technical: • Network, Firewall, WAN, LAN, Wifi , ISP Service Management • Server and Storage Technologies, Backup, DR • Microsoft 365 stack – Email, SharePoint, Teams, EntraID, Purview • VoIP, UCAAS, CCAAS • At least one Cloud Technology Platform – Azure / AWS / GCP • Proficiency with Conference Room and Physical Security Technologies • Cybersecurity Technologies – Identity Protection, Email Protection, End Point Protection, Edge Security, Content Filtering, Awareness Training, etc. • IT Service Management • IT Service Management frameworks and Tools • IT Vendor Management and Contracts • IT Procurement • Workstation Imaging, Patching, Deployment, and Support • Mobile Service Management • Technology Project Management • Infrastructure Integration • MSP Relationships
