firstPRO is now accepting resumes for a Systems Analyst role in Boston, MA. This is a direct hire role and onsite 3 days per week. • Develop a deep understanding of HR, Legal, Marketing, and Admin & Ops business processes, data requirements, and system integration points. • Learn and support enterprise SaaS applications including ServiceNow, NetDocuments, SugarCRM, Workday, and others as needed. • Collaborate with business technical leads, vendors, and other IT groups to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. • Design, build, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms to support intranet content, automate workflows, enable data collection and reporting, and connect business systems across administrative functions. • Leverage Copilot, Chat GPT and other AI tools within solutions where appropriate. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related work experience. • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related role supporting enterprise business systems. • Prior experience in professional services or legal industry preferred. • Experience working with HR, Legal, or other administrative departments preferred. • Strong, creative, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose issues across systems and recommend/implement solutions. • Proficiency with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 tools. • Proficiency with SQL queries and stored procedures.
