Job description

A company is looking for a Microsoft Migration Specialist to lead a large-scale migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of the Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration Set up and configure Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams Identify and resolve data transfer issues and serve as an escalation point during and after the migration Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT with at least 2 successful migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 configuration, and Google Workspace admin console Experience with migration tools such as BitTitan, GWMME, or CloudMigrator Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting Strong understanding of security, compliance, and email archiving best practices in Microsoft 365
