NCDHHS-752608 NC FAST requires the services of a senior ETL and reports developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for FNS/SNAP reports development and maintenance operations using ORACLE, and PL\SQL programming technologies. REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS Skills Required/ Desired Experience Experience in using Oracle, Oracle Utilities, ETL tools Required 7 Years Experience with PL/SQL scripting and Relational Database modeling. Required 7 Years Experience with structured system development methodologies Required 7 Years Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting an sense of urgency; independently identify options. Required 7 Years Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. Required 7 Years Build data analytics solutions using Azure Synapse serverless SQL pools Required 5 Years Performing data engineering with Azure Synapse Apache Spark Pools Required 5 Years Experience configuring, designing, developing and testing dash boards using Power BI Required 5 Years Data Warehouse experience Highly desired 7 Years Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT Highly desired 5 Years Ability to lead and mentor the team and take ownership Highly desired 5 Years Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development Highly desired 3 Years Familiarity with Amazon RedShift & Tableau Desired 2 Years Experience with Dell Boomi Desired 2 Years
