Location: REMOTE Salary: $38.00 USD Hourly - $43.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, IS Business Intelligence Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Analyst, IS Business Intelligence to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-wide BI applications and architecture. This individual contributor role will partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to translate complex data needs into actionable insights, enabling smarter decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise BI solutions using Power BI and related technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, prioritize, and translate data requirements into scalable BI solutions Build and maintain robust data models; import, transform, and visualize data to uncover trends and outliers Develop and enforce BI standards, policies, and best practices for data structure, governance, and quality Create and execute testing methodologies to ensure data accuracy and performance Design and deliver training programs to empower business users in leveraging BI tools effectively Research emerging technologies and develop business cases for enterprise-wide BI enhancements Ensure high performance and usability of BI tools through thoughtful data filtering, indexing, and modeling Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role Strong proficiency in Power BI: data modeling, DAX, storytelling through dashboards Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Azure DevOps Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL pipelines, and data governance principles Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment Preferred Qualifications Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry Familiarity with enterprise data strategies and cloud-based BI ecosystems By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
