As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for data engineering, reporting, data quality analysis, and knowledge transfer. The role also requires you to perform data integration from D365 and other sources into reports that meet client needs. This role involves both hands-on work and advising on Power BI best practices, while staying updated on industry standards. In addition to report development, the Senior BI Analyst collaborates with clients to maintain and improve their reporting and data analytics tools. Responsibilities also include creating, troubleshooting, and enhancing data flows and infrastructure. As part of the consulting team, the Senior BI Analyst focuses on delivering high-quality client services, documentation, presentations, to meet backend requirements. They may also assist with D365 related tasks but primarily concentrate on Business Intelligence Additional Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs. • Transform raw data into actionable insights through interactive and user-friendly reports. • Integrate data from sources into Power BI using SQL queries and dataflows. • Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity. • Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Utilize Azure Data Factory, Data Lakes, and related data storage tools to leverage data. • Performs forensic analysis of existing dataflows to improve the understanding, documentation, and explanation of how data will be available within D365. • Responsible for creating testing documentation, FDDs/TDDs, quality assurance, user testing, etc. Your Experience Must Include: Proficient in logical data model design and relational data modeling. 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data-oriented role. Expertise in Power BI, data reporting, Azure, D365 or related technologies. Demonstratable problem-solving, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients and work within a collaborative environment. This is a remote position.
