Description The DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team is dedicated to providing security application and software support for endpoint and server operating systems, as well as enterprise software and applications. As part of this team, the Tier 3 System Administrator II position will focus on providing primary support for various Enterprise Endpoint Security tools, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM. This role also involves Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation. Skills • Expertise with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment (Servers, Desktops) • Extensive knowledge of MECM (inventory, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting on an enterprise level) • Strong understanding of Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, SharePoint • Competence in LAN/WAN troubleshooting Responsibilities • Provide primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools • Manage and maintain a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment • Oversee Infrastructure Configuration Management and Remote Endpoint Management Support • Participate in Project Management and Process Documentation • Ensure timely delivery of implementation efforts Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and maintaining a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment • Familiarity with Azure and Intune (MDM, MAM, Apple, and WIN10 devices) • Knowledge of Crowdstrike, Bitlocker, and Defender at the enterprise level Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required Education Requirements Credential Category • Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Experience Requirements • At least 2 years of relevant experience in system administration and endpoint management • Proven experience in managing timelines, resources, and personnel Why work in Raleigh, NC Raleigh offers a vibrant urban environment with a rich cultural scene, abundant outdoor activities, and excellent educational institutions.
