Position Overview Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Windows Senior Systems & Messaging Administrator for an opportunity located in South Florida. Location: South Florida Employment Type: Full-time Seniority Level: Senior Environment: Mid-sized Responsibilities Windows Systems Administration • Manage and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) infrastructure including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services. • Ensure system security and compliance with internal and industry standards (e.g., patching, vulnerability remediation). • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning. • Administer virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V). Exchange & Messaging Administration • Administer and support Exchange Server (2016/2019) and/or hybrid Exchange Online environments. • Manage mail flow, connectors, retention policies, public folders, and transport rules. • Troubleshoot mail delivery issues and manage anti-spam/anti-malware solutions. • Perform migrations and upgrades (e.g., Exchange to Exchange Online, mailbox moves). Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Administration • Manage Microsoft 365 tenant services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD. • Administer M365 security & compliance tools (DLP, M365 Defender, Conditional Access, MFA). • Manage user provisioning, license assignments, and access controls via Azure AD/Entra. • Drive automation using PowerShell to streamline admin tasks and reporting. Qualifications Required: • 8+ years of experience in a Windows systems admin role. • Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration. • Deep knowledge of Exchange Server (on-prem and online). • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory. • Scripting proficiency (PowerShell is a must). • Experience supporting hybrid environments. • Understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
