Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Business Process Tech Manager to lead product lifecycle and technical product management for digital products. This role requires extensive experience in product management, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Product Manager, you will join the Business Agility practice. This practice provides ways-of-working assessments with supporting improvement recommendations, Product Management and Agile Delivery education opportunities, team and enterprise-level Product and Agile coaching, and strategic staffing for each of the skills required to drive Agile and/or Project to Product transformation journeys. Responsibilities • Product Lifecycle Leadership: • Lead the product lifecycle for digital products from ideation, opportunity assessment and feature prioritization, to development, launch, and post-launch optimization • Implement ongoing customer (external and internal) feedback mechanisms, continuously assess input, and incorporate it into sprint plans, product roadmaps and go-to-market plans • Lead the development of product GTM strategies, including defining market positioning, target audience and segments, sales and marketing plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Ensure alignment with business development and other stakeholders • Strategic Road Mapping: • Align digital product roadmaps with the company strategic objectives • Regularly review and adjust prioritization to ensure the roadmaps reflect the product vision, customer feedback, and market needs • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring successful product launches and alignment with overall brand messaging and positioning • Technical Product Management: • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to move product requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the product vision and customer needs • Apply your hands-on experience in delivering technical product requirements, ensuring that the product meets high standards of scalability, performance, and customer satisfaction • Documentation and Customer Experience: • Ensure that products provide user-friendly documentation for customers, 3rd party integrators and developers (if applicable), enabling smooth implementations, integration and usage adoption • Work with marketing to create and promote customer-focused resources such as case studies, success stories, and value testimonials that highlight the capabilities and benefits of digital products • Market Analysis and Strategy: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and emerging trends to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities • Gather and analyze user feedback, product performance metrics, and market data to continuously improve the product and guide future development • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Lead and facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure that product development aligns with business objectives and that teams work effectively together to achieve successful product delivery Qualifications • 9+ years of experience in product management, with at least 6 years focused on technical product management for software products and applications • Proven track record of delivering technical product requirements for well performing software products • Experience in scaling products from MVP to full-scale production and customer adoption • Strong focus on user experience, ensuring that customer needs are met while driving adoption and business growth • Proven experience in building and aligning product roadmaps with strategic objectives • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product plans • Experience with third-party integrations and managing API products • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous delivery • Self-starter mentality with the ability to drive projects forward independently, ensuring minimal need for guidance or supervision • Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Computer Science and MBA preferred Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AI, including platforms, tools and product applications • Experience in contributing to GTM strategies, including market positioning, sales, and marketing planning • Experience driving change, establishing and teaching new processes in an existing organization • Experience managing a portfolio of products and developing a long-term product strategy The salary range for this role is $210,000 to $295,000 or the hourly equivalent.
