Join our dynamic team as a Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative, high-impact solutions for our clients. Your expertise will guide technical leadership, ensure top-quality execution, and enhance client satisfaction across various complex projects. Key Responsibilities • Architecture & Solution Design: Develop and manage the architecture for D365 F&O and integrated applications using Power Platform and Azure services. • Choose and implement integration patterns and design secure, versioned APIs. • Create strategies for data & analytics to support reporting, automation, and AI. • Incorporate non-functional requirements into designs with measurable standards. • Delivery Leadership: Act as the technical lead for clients from discovery to implementation and support phases. • Establish foundational elements for delivery, including environment setups and security protocols. • Maintain high-quality technical deliverables that meet strategic objectives. • Set and enforce engineering standards for project execution. • Identify collaborative opportunities with other specialists to enhance outcomes. • Copilot & AI Enablement: Develop ERP solutions that deliver precise data for decision-making and analytics. • Integrate intelligence into processes to boost efficiency and quality. • Advise clients on adopting AI capabilities responsibly. • Advisory, Pre-Sales & Thought Leadership: Lead client presentations and contribute to proposals and delivery strategies. • Create reusable assets and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Mandatory • 8+ years of experience with enterprise solutions on Microsoft platforms; 5+ years with D365 F&O/AX and/or CE (including at least 23 full-cycle implementations). • Hands-on experience with D365 F&O extensibility, environment strategy, and lifecycle services. • Proven architecture experience across Power Platform and Azure integration services. • Strong track record in integration and ownership of non-functional design. • Operational experience with Application Lifecycle Management practices. • Solid understanding of security & governance frameworks. • Excellent client communication and consulting skills. • Experience in team leadership and people management. Nice-to-Have • Experience with Dataverse/Dualwrite and specific D365 modules. • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and related tools. • Relevant Microsoft certifications. The salary range for this role is between $140,000.00 and $306,100.00, depending on various factors such as experience and qualifications.
