Hybrid, St. Louis, Missouri, USA Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our Information Technology team. This position is essential to the enhancement, maintenance, and development of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related systems, ensuring they support the success of our operations. Role Summary: As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality solutions and driving the evolution of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems are efficient, secure, and meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Support the mission of the IT department by upholding customer service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress. • Work within a team to develop, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. • Develop and maintain order entry interfaces within Microsoft Dynamics. • Implement advanced security protocols, including data encryption and access control mechanisms. Professional Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in .NET development (C# preferred). • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization. • Experience with Power Platform Portals or similar Content Management Systems (Portal Connector). • Proficient in HTML/CSS, ASP.NET, jQuery, and modern web technologies. • Strong background in documentation of technical specifications. • Experience with Git for version control. • Expertise in writing unit tests for both code and client scripts. • Proven ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and development practices. • Strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions into production. • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude. • Ability to participate in design and code reviews, providing feedback and collaborating with peers. • Capable of mentoring junior developers and ensuring the team meets project deadlines. • Hands-on experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI. • Solid understanding of CRM business processes, such as Sales, Marketing, and Service Delivery. Educational Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (required). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Azure DevOps and building pipelines. • Familiarity with Azure Serverless Technologies, Azure Functions, and Azure Message Queues. • Knowledge of Azure File Services and Azure Key Vault. • Experience with Microsoft DataVerse, including Plugins, Custom Workflow Assemblies, Web Templates, and the Liquid scripting language. • Proficient in developing Power Apps Control Framework (PCF) components. • Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebAPI, and OData web service architectures.
