Position: MS(MICROSOFT) POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER Job Description Job Title: MS (Microsoft) Power Platform Developer Location: 2 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, New Jersey Job Type: Contract Duration: 2+ Years Work Schedule: Normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8-5 Pay Rate: $70 to $80 per hour Scope of Work ERAD currently hosts Cognos and Microsoft Power Platform technologies to provide data, reporting, and application development to various departments. The platform will be expanded to address all aspects of corporate reporting and application development, enabling the organization to make better decisions, deploy flexibly, and scale analytics as business needs evolve. The successful candidate may work independently and collaboratively with both consultants and staff across departments, under the guidance of a project manager, to deliver projects including: Job Responsibilities • Develop new solutions by understanding business requirements, creating project plans, and deploying solutions following PA processes. • Conduct system testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and deploy solutions following change management procedures. • Provide maintenance and support to ensure platform stability, resolve data issues, and handle user tickets. • Maintain Non-prod and Prod Cognos environments, applying patches and upgrades as needed. • Administer system installations, configurations, user accounts, and security profiles. • Log, track, and resolve system problems, ensuring data integrity across interfaces. • Assist with disaster recovery planning and testing in coordination with stakeholders. • Create documentation and provide user training on new functionalities. Minimum Qualifications • At least 8 years of IT experience with application design, development, and testing. • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, JSON, Python, JavaScript, SQL. • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM. • Experience with SaaS and PaaS environments. • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform solutions. • Proficiency in Power BI report and dashboard development. • Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization concepts. • Experience with SQL for data manipulation. • Knowledge of DAX for calculations. • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. • Relevant certifications are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
