The position is responsible for coordinating all aspects related to the institution's course management and CRM systems ensuring all system administration activities are completed. Scope of work will be varied but will focus on supporting the multiple organizations utilizing the applications. Work closely with business teams to understand business processes and translate those processes into application workflows. Assist with implementation testing and projects. Generate and provide training and training documentation as needed for faculty, students, and help desk personnel. Write and execute database queries and software automation scripts, macros, and testing applications as needed to fulfill business objectives Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related to application use, design and configuration. Ensures that all accounts are created accurately and within a timely manner. Manage multiple customer issues simultaneously. Responsible for ensuring all system configuration and administration are completed for multiple Adtalem Global Education brands. Incident monitoring and reporting Data management and report creation Write and execute database queries and software automation scripts, macros, and testing applications as needed to fulfill business objectives. Integrate new products, categories, statuses, custom fields, standard responses etc., into existing structure. Work with product vendor to resolve application issues as needed. Complies with all policies and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or comparable technical experience. 1+ years of IT System Administration experience. Experience troubleshooting Salesforce related issues. Knowledge in Microsoft windows and Office products. Working knowledge of web base technologies.
