We are looking for a hands-on Onsite IT Technician to support our client’s local office in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role involves working onsite to provide hardware, LAN, and basic networking support for day-to-day business operations. You will also coordinate with our remote cloud infrastructure team to execute technical instructions and ensure seamless IT functioning at the location. Key Responsibilities: • Provide onsite support for hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches). • Manage and troubleshoot LAN and basic networking setups including cabling and connectivity. • Act as the local point of contact for IT-related concerns at the Honolulu office. • Execute instructions from the remote cloud infrastructure team and provide real-time assistance. • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution of issues. • Monitor network equipment and report any anomalies. • Perform routine system checks and ensure physical infrastructure is in good condition. Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration. • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, DHCP, IP addressing, and basic router/switch configuration. • Hands-on experience with PC hardware troubleshooting and peripheral devices. • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with remote cloud teams. • Ability to work independently and responsibly onsite. Preferred Qualifications: • CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications. • Experience supporting AWS or Azure environments. • Previous work in a distributed team (cloud/on-prem coordination).
