We are seeking a Principal Architect (PA) to lead key accounts, drive technical excellence, and champion growth through innovative cloud and application modernization solutions. Architect and validate solutions across infrastructure and application modernization Lead solution design, planning, and risk mitigation Oversee project health and delivery quality Lead strategic direction and execution for assigned customers Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive onboarding, retention, and expansion Act as the technical lead during pre-sales engagements, partnering with Account Executives to understand client needs and craft strategic OpenShift solutions Develop and present technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and detailed Statements of Work (SOW) Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients throughout the sales process, helping define migration strategies, integration plans, and platform roadmaps Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings, workshops, and events Proven success in technical leadership, customer strategy, and architecture planning Hands-on experience with Red Hat, container platforms, hybrid cloud, or application modernization Deep technical understanding of Red Hat OpenShift platforms Experience designing and presenting enterprise-grade containerized and cloud-native solutions Strong grasp of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and platform modernization strategies Ability to align technical solutions with customer pain points and strategic outcomes Experience writing technical documentation, SOWs, and RFP responses Proven ability to architect best-of-breed OpenShift solutions tailored to unique customer environments Paid time off, including 15 PTO days, 5 sick days, and 8 paid holidays.
