OpenShift Architect Houston, TX We are seeking a client-facing OpenShift Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of container platform solutions for enterprise customers. This role involves working directly with client teams to assess legacy environments, define architecture strategy, and guide the adoption of Red Hat OpenShift as the foundation for container-based application delivery. Design and architect end-to-end OpenShift solutions (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid) Lead platform installation, configuration, and tuning for performance, scalability, and security Conduct platform assessments, gap analysis, and develop migration strategies from legacy systems identity providers, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools) Provide hands-on guidance during implementation and operationalization phases Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to enable cloud-native transformation Document architecture decisions, technical runbooks, and knowledge transfer to client teams Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader to stakeholders throughout the engagement x) architecture and operations Proficiency in Kubernetes, Linux (RHEL), and container runtimes (e.g., Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Familiarity with networking, storage, security, and observability in containerized environments Experience migrating from traditional platforms (e.g., Background in middleware, CI/CD pipeline automation, or application modernizationCompany Description We are a dynamic and growing IT consulting firm specializing in hybrid cloud solutions and enterprise technology services.
