Requirements
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Platform:
• Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
• Core banking systems
• Risk, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Experience with modern data architecture:
• Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Real-time Analytics
• Master Data Management (MDM) and Metadata Management
• Big Data (Spark, Delta Lake)
• Strong programming & data skills:
• Python, SQL, Spark
• Data modeling (3NF, star-schema, dimensional models)
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
