Senior Systems Developer - Full-Stack React/Node, Azure Cloud Modernization & Government IT Solutions Montpelier, Vermont (Remote) Required Skills: • Experience developing with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and/or Next.js • Strong expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL for data modeling, queries, and performance tuning • Hands-on experience deploying and supporting solutions in the Azure Cloud platform • Experience integrating Okta authentication and authorization within React/Node applications in Azure • Familiarity with MS Access 2016 and VBA to support legacy systems during modernization • Proven experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, sprint, and release management • Completion of HIPAA and PII compliance training before assignment Preferred Skills: • Strong ability in requirements refinement, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication • Demonstrated success in cross-team collaboration with State IT or similar environments • Prior project experience in government, healthcare, or child services IT systems • Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PII, FedRAMP) • Experience working in large-scale modernization or legacy system migration projects Specific Skills: • Expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js and/or Next.js • "Expertise in SQL Server & T-SQL " • "Experience with Azure Cloud deployments " • Okta integration for authentication & security • "Agile development with Azure DevOps " • "Ensuring HIPAA & PII compliance " • Technical troubleshooting & system integration skills If you are interested, please share your updated resume with your contact number to sivarajan.s@zirlen.com, and also feel free to reach out at 972-433-6033 Ext. 1005 This is a remote position.
